STRONG ALE

A mixture of dark red and amber colors and a very dense, almost honeycombed body. The Strong Ale is an explosive combination of flavors. When entering the mouth you will notice a sweetness typical of the large quantity of malt that, as it progresses, dissolves and gives rise to a sustained bitterness. It has low carbonation and needs to be drilled. 10% Alc.

Strong Ale Style

Of Scottish origin, the strong ale have complex aromas, somewhat spicy and with the presence of fruity esters (pear, green apple, mango). The hops have little relevance and the maltose but still light body persists. The color usually goes from the amber to the reddish colors. They usually have a high alcohol content, but not for that they should note notes of ethanol, but must be integrated into beer.
